“From start to finish, the entire process was simple and easy. Gavin and another technician (I wish I could remember his name) came by and quickly diagnosed the issue. Gavin came back to install the needed part and resolved our issue promptly. They were very upfront regarding pricing and did exactly what they said they would do in a professional manner. “We called this morning g with an “emergency” and Kinder Air and Heat responded immediately. We had not used Kinder before today but we will always call them for any heat and/or air service that we need.
