“Very pleased. Was able to fit us in the same day we called. Did not hesitate to do warranty work. Filled unit with freon so we stayed cool while waiting on parts. Was able to fix unit in 1 day. We additionally purchased a service contract and an air ionizer unit with them because we were so pleased with the response and service. We had initially called 5 different companies but after spending 2 weeks in the heat getting poor responses because our unit was still under warranty. We were referred to Kinder by the York district representative and are so glad he did. They did what the others couldn't or wouldn't do in one day! Highly recommend Kinder.”
