During the summer, the process works in reverse. The indoor heat exchanger sends heat and humidity outside (much like an air conditioner) to cool your home.

Randy thoroughly checked the wiring and hookup in the thermostat. A previous tech (another company) had concluded that changing a board outside would solve the problem and quoted well over $600 for the repair.
